About Us: Standards and Practices Committee
The Standards and Practices (S&P) Committee is tasked by the IECA Board of Directors with the critical mission of developing comprehensive standards for the erosion control, sediment control, and stormwater industries. The S&P Committee aims to standardize terminology, design, installation, inspection, and maintenance of erosion control, sediment control, and stormwater practices. Additionally, the committee is consistently working toward the adoption of standards to foster industry-wide advancements.
